There are multiple ways to download these NEPA Documents, which are all in the PDF file format and require the free Adobe PDF reader. If you don't already have this product, you can download it here. Below are a couple of options for downloading:

1. If you click on a document hyperlink, the document will open in a separate browser tab, using the Adobe PDF reader. Adobe PDF reader will have a Save button where you can save the document to the location of your choice on your computer.
2. Depending on the type of web browser you are using, you can right mouse click on the document hyperlink, which should present a list of options, one giving you the ability to save the document to the location of your choice on your computer.

Public Hearing Materials
As part of the ongoing public involvement process associated with NEPA, the DAF hosted a series of public hearings to receive public comments on the environmental impacts of the proposed action presented in the Draft EIS. The DAF hosted three public hearings:
Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2022 – 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Central) at a location near Ebbing ANGB, Arkansas
Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2022 – 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern) at a location near Selfridge ANGB, Michigan
Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2022 – 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Central)/6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern) – virtually

The materials presented at the public hearings, received comments, and associated documentation, as well as the Final EIS (when published) will be made available for viewing on the Documents/Information Page.

For those who were unable to attend a public hearing, comments will also be accepted online or by mail. Please click here to provide comments. The DAF will accept comments at any time during the environmental process. Written, electronic and oral comments will be given equal weight; however, to ensure the Air Force has sufficient time to consider public input in preparation of the Final EIS, please submit comments by October 17, 2022.

The Air Force hosted two virtual public scoping meetings to allow members of the public to learn about the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the beddown of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Pilot Training Center (PTC) at either Ebbing Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Arkansas or Selfridge ANGB, Michigan. The virtual public scoping meetings provided an overview of the Proposed Action and Alternative, the environmental process and opportunities for public comment and participation.
