This page provides information regarding Public Hearing activities associated with the Expansion of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) F-35 Pilot Training Center (PTC) at Ebbing Air National Guard (ANG) Base Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS).

Public Hearings: The DAF will not be holding scoping meetings for the Ebbing FMS PTC SEIS, as scoping is not required for a SEIS [32 CFR 989.20(b)]. However, the DAF encourages the public to submit comments during the Draft SEIS public comment period, expected to occur during the late Summer through early Fall of 2025.

The DAF will hold public hearings in the Summer of 2025. Additional details about public hearings will be announced in conjunction with the release of the Draft SEIS (See Schedule page).
